Poste proposé : Lawyer – Yaoundé

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and motivated Litigation Lawyer to join our team as a Permanent Employee. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious lawyer ready to immerse themselves in our daily operations, manage a diverse case load, and grow their expertise under the firm’s mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Work daily in our office, assisting senior lawyers and representing clients in various stages of commercial and business litigation.
  • Provide sound legal counsel on business law matters, drafting necessary legal documents, focusing on contracts, commercial agreements, and handling day-to-day labor disputes.
  • Develop and execute litigation support strategies and manage case preparation, discovery, and filings.
  • Assist in presenting the Company’s legal case to third parties and managing client relationships under supervision.

 

    Profil recherché pour le poste : Lawyer – Yaoundé

    Mandatory Experience & Requirements:

    • Experience Level: 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial or business law.
    • Expertise: Solid, demonstrable knowledge of Cameroonian business law, particularly in: Contract Law & Commercial Agreements, General Commercial Disputes, and Labor & Employment Law.
    • Engagement: Must be ready to work on a daily basis within our office structure in Yaoundé.
    • Commitment: Unwavering commitment to learning, client loyalty, and strict ethical practice.
