Poste proposé : Equipment Supervisor – MV Lines, Substations & BT – Maroua
We are looking for an Equipment Supervisor – MV Lines, Substations & BT.
Job Summary:
- The Equipment Supervisor is responsible for supervising installation, testing, and maintenance of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (BT) lines and substations in rural electrification projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise erection and installation of MV/BT poles, lines, transformers, and substations.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards.
- Conduct inspection, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
- Prepare daily progress reports.
- Coordinate with engineers and site management teams to ensure project delivery.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Equipment Supervisor – MV Lines, Substations & BT – Maroua
Experience Required:
- 8 years overall, including at least 2 years in similar rural electrification projects
Qualification:
- Bac +2 Diploma in Electromechanics or Electricity or equivalent
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge in MV/BT network installation.
- Experience in rural electrification systems.
- Proactive in applying HSE standards.
- Good reporting and communication skills.
