Poste proposé : Driver – Yaoundé and Douala
We are looking for an experienced, serious, and reliable Driver with exceptional knowledge of the cities of Douala and Yaoundé. The ideal candidate will be discreet, punctual, and have an excellent sense of service.
Main Criteria:
- Age: between 30 – 40 years
- Experience: Min 5 years of proven experience as a personal driver or executive driver.
- Geographical Knowledge: Perfect mastery of routes, traffic arteries, and neighborhoods of Douala and Yaoundé. The ability to anticipate and avoid traffic jams is essential.
- Driver’s License: Category B.
- Driving Skills: Perfect mastery of driving automatic and manual vehicles. Smooth and safe driving.

Responsibilities and Missions:
- Ensure secure and punctual transport for employees and/or management.
- Plan the most efficient routes based on traffic and time constraints.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance: interior and exterior cleaning, checking levels (oil, water, tire pressure), etc.
- Ensure the vehicle is always in perfect working order and complies with maintenance and insurance obligations.
- Run errands and deliver documents or parcels if necessary.
- Be flexible and available for variable hours, travel outside of office hours, and missions outside the city (outstation).
- Demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and a neat appearance.
Conditions and Remuneration:
- Net Salary: 100,000 FCFA per month.
- Overtime: Compensated according to current legislation.
- Travel Allowances: Coverage of expenses (meals, accommodation) during missions outside the city (outstation allowances).
