To strengthen our motivated team, we are now looking for a Content and Customer Service Officer (French – English – German)
Job description :
- Providing customer service and monitoring missions on various E-marketplaces
- Assisting in the production and checking of digital copies of the products being sold on E-marketplaces
- Ensure translation-localization missions into French, English and German.

- Character : structure, determination, sense of responsibility, reliability
- Very good knowledge : French, English and German or Italian (spoken-written)
- Good knowledge : Translation, Documentation methodologies
- Experiences : Transcreation, Team management, customer service

- Asset : a good level of mastery of both German and Italian will be a valuable asset.
