Poste proposé : Senior Administrative Officer – International

We are looking for a Senior Administrative Officer.
The Senior Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization’s administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective operations. This role provides leadership to administrative staff, improves internal processes, and supports senior management in achieving organizational goals through strong administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations across departments
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate administrative and clerical staff
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems
  • Ensure proper records management and documentation practices
  • Coordinate office activities, meetings, and executive schedules
  • Manage office budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
  • Improve operational efficiency through process optimization
  • Handle high-level correspondence, reports, and documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Support senior management with administrative planning and decision-making
  • Oversee facility management, office maintenance, and logistics

Profil recherché pour le poste : Senior Administrative Officer – International

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field
  • Professional certifications in administration or management are an added advantage

Experience

  • Minimum of 7–12 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial position
  • Experience in managing office operations and administrative systems
